Even though we’ve barely had a chance to break out this fall’s chunky sweaters, the PR runway is already in full swing for spring! Looking ahead to spring’s big trend stories, we can’t wait to see which new looks, colors and patterns resonate with our fellow fashionistas. We’re personally looking forward to donning spring’s new neutrals, including dusk blue, grayed jade and linen, as well as bursts of bright, cheery colors, from emerald, nectarine and African violet to lemon zest and a spectrum of pretty greens. Spring color is all about adding a sense of balance to your life, so make sure you’re wearing Pantone’s new Monaco Blue to calm your nerves after that first cup of Joe! While we’re looking forward to spring’s peekaboo dresses and sporty dresses (think tennis!), we’re a bit apprehensive about spring’s shorts suits. But an editor/blogger friend at Marie Claire says we should give this new suit silhouette a try with leggings and flats.
